The grandcentrix Asset Tracker provide an easy and affordable entry for locating and tracking of equipment and supplies (assets) via Narrowband IoT & LTE-M.
The Customer receives a one-time opportunity to test the grandcentrix Asset Tracker product solely in non-commercial, non-productive operation/trial use for a limited period of time of three months.
During the term of the Asset Tracker trial, grandcentrix will provide the following services:
- 2 x grandcentrix Asset Tracker
- 1 x Cloud-Adapter for data integration to a client-side clout platform
- Mobile connectivity services via Narrowband-IoT & LTE-M
The trial duration is starting from the day of first activation of the Asset Tracker – the trial automatically ends after this 3 month period, however latest 4 months after shipment of the trial package.
Important note: The purchase of the Asset Tracker test package is only permitted for business customers, i.e. registered companies. No sale to private individuals. All other terms and conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.
Data processing agreement according to Article 28 GDPR This agreement has been comprehensively drawn up and contains all information in accordance with Art.28 DSGVO between client and grandcentrix as contractor. After purchase order oft he trial package the customer receives the data processing agreement by email,with request for signing of the agreement. The processor processes personal data of the controller. The Parties agree that the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular the provisions on data processing by order, shall apply to this Agreement. The Contractor declares that it is able to properly perform the commissioned services in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The cooperation of the parties in accordance with the agreement entails that the contractor obtains access to personal data of the controller ("controller data") and processes such data exclusively on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of the controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 8 and Art. 28 GDPR. The agreement regulates the data protection measures within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR and the rights and obligations of the controller and the processor to fulfill the data protection requirements. By concluding and purchasing the test package, the customer acknowledges the agreement on commissioned processing (DPA).
